How It Works

    RV Utility Setup, Done Right

A livable RV on your property is not just a trailer in the driveway. It's power, water, sewer, leveling, permits, and — in winter — freeze protection. Agile coordinates all of it so the unit is move-in ready on day one.

    Delivery & Leveling

We tow the RV to your property, position it for the safest fit, and level it on jacks or blocks so doors, slides, and appliances all work correctly.

    Power

RVs need a dedicated 50-amp (or sometimes 30-amp) connection. In most setups, electrical is the gating factor — we coordinate with a licensed electrician when your existing service can't support the unit.

    Water

We connect the RV to a freshwater source — typically a household spigot with a regulator and RV-rated hose, freeze-protected when needed.

    Sewer

We tie waste into your home's sewer cleanout or a code-compliant alternative. No tanks to dump, no surprises.

    Permits & Walkthrough

We pull permits where required, then walk you through every system in the unit — heat, AC, slides, water heater, generator — before we hand over the keys.

    Winterization (when needed)

For cold-weather stays we add heated water lines, tank heaters, and skirting so the unit stays livable through the season.

What you need on your end

Most properties already have what's required. During the intake call we confirm fit and flag anything that needs coordination before delivery.

    • A reasonably level area large enough for the unit (up to about 40 feet, based on property fit)
    • Tow-truck access to the spot — typically a driveway or yard the rig can reach
    • A nearby electrical source we can tie into, or room to bring a dedicated line
    • A water spigot and a sewer cleanout (or code-compliant alternative) within reach
    • Local zoning that allows a temporary RV on a residential lot — we'll help check

Replace with approved real setup photos: power tie-in, water/sewer hookup, leveled unit on a driveway, and a winterized setup with skirting.
