Most RV rental revenue comes from short-term trips: hundreds of quotes, dozens of deliveries, a cleaning after every one, and all of it packed into five months before it goes quiet.
Agile does a different kind of rental. When a family loses their home to a fire or a storm, their insurance policy pays for temporary housing. We place a camper on their own property, and the insurance company pays the lease. The average placement runs four to five months. Six to ten is routine. One delivery, one setup, and a deposit every month.
We are opening a limited number of exclusive territories to RV rental operators who want that business. Here is the whole program.

Per placement
One placement is worth more than the average camper earns in a full season of short-term rentals, with a fraction of the labor. You know your numbers. Put a full short-term season next to one placement, then subtract the quotes, the turnovers, the cleanings, and the calls it took to get there.
What Agile handles, so you don't
-
The rental. Adjusters, temporary housing agencies, and homeowners come to Agile. You never chase the placement.
-
The customer. Every call, question, and issue, before and during the placement.
-
Billing. We invoice and collect from the insurance company.
-
Troubleshooting. When something goes wrong in the unit, the family calls us, not you. We troubleshoot and line up service.
-
Your payment. Agile pays you on a fixed monthly schedule. You get paid by us, on time, regardless of when the claim clears.
What you do
- Deliver and set up the unit at the property. Delivery is paid separately, by mileage.
- Keep the unit insured under your own commercial policy.
- Answer fast when we call with a placement in your territory.
- Own your equipment. If an air conditioner fails, that is your unit and your repair. You can handle it yourself, or we send a service tech and deduct the cost from a future payout. Either way we keep you informed of the options and the resolution.
- Pick the unit up when the family moves back home.
What a Preferred Partner gets
- An exclusive territory. A 200-mile radius. We do not overlap partners.
- First call. Every placement inside your territory is offered to you first.
- Agile Preferred Partner status. Signage for your delivery vehicle, and you can call yourself an Agile Preferred Partner in your own marketing.
- Year-round revenue. House fires and storms do not follow the camping season.
- No exclusivity on your side. Keep your short-term business. Keep your other channels. This adds to what you have.
