Is Agile RV Housing Legit? Our Track Record, Reviews, and How We Work
Fair question. When your house is unlivable and a company you found online says it can put a camper in your driveway and bill your insurance, you should check them out. This page is the checking-out, in plain facts.
Agile RV Housing has been in business for 3 years and has made over 100 long-term placements in the last two years. We are an approved service provider with the top temporary housing agencies and a preferred vendor with national insurance-housing coordinators. We routinely work with State Farm and Allstate adjusters. We serve all 48 contiguous states from 20 hubs across the US, with 24/7 service techs on call.
Who is behind Agile RV Housing?
This is Mike Wojciak's company. I have spent ten years in the RV rental industry, I own a fleet, and I have taken the 2am service calls myself. Agile exists because displaced families kept ending up in hotel rooms that did not fit their lives, and because an RV on their own property, set up correctly, works better for most of them. I still talk to homeowners personally, and the company handles the placement work: delivery, utilities, billing, service.
How does a placement actually work, start to finish?
- You call, or an adjuster or housing coordinator calls for you. We ask what happened, who is in the household, and where the property is.
- We confirm coverage. On insurance claims we verify ALE coverage with your carrier and get adjuster approval before anything is scheduled. If the numbers do not work for your claim, we say so.
- We match a floorplan to your household and your lot. By the eyeball test, most driveways and side yards that can hold a 35 to 45 foot camper can host one.
- Delivery, leveling, and utility connections: power, water, sewer. We coordinate the licensed electrician and any permits.
- You live in it while your home is repaired. 60 day minimum, month to month after that, no maximum. 24/7 service line for anything that breaks.
- We invoice the carrier directly on covered claims. Most homeowners pay nothing out of pocket for the housing itself.
- When your certificate of occupancy is issued, we pick the unit up and restore the site.

"Agile stepped up to the plate for us big time. We had a great camper and they helped a ton with the insurance process. They took care of the adjuster and made sure everything went smoothly."
Juliet Catanzaro

"We decided to stay in a camper while our home was being repaired after hurricane damage. It was a great experience since we were able to stay on our property and keep an eye on things. The camper was amazing!"
What Agile does and does not do
We do: temporary RV housing on your property or a nearby workable site, full utility setup, winter-ready placements, direct insurance billing on covered claims, workforce and corporate placements.
We do not do: home repairs or restoration, public adjusting, insurance sales, or legal advice. We do not decide your claim; your carrier does. If an RV is not the right answer for your situation, we say that on the first call. They come to us looking for guidance, and we give it.
How to check us out further
Call the 24/7 line at (614) 655-4286 and ask the questions that matter to you. Ask your adjuster or housing coordinator about us; the coordinators who place families with us every month are the reference that matters most. Our nightly rate and what it covers are published on the cost page.
